Assalamualaikum & Salam Sejahtera everyone 🙋🏻‍♂️

Alhamdulillah, many exciting programs and events have been organized by JAZRO throughout March 2024 ✨ 🥳

Now, let's look at our progress & update for March 2024 🚀🚀🚀

✅ A total of 1,875 new students have registered for our programs (the total accumulated students in our database has increased to 47,581 students).

✅ Collaborated with UTeM to conduct Robo-Yay Coding Camp, continued to conduct robotic demonstrations at schools in the Central region and conducted a Drone workshop 👏🏻

✅ Organized our monthly PAJSK program, "Fun Game: Wonderful Sea Creatures" & received 1250+ registered participations from students around Malaysia 🤩

Below are the key highlights for March 2024:-

1️⃣ MAJLIS PELUNCURAN AINS (Advance Integrated NILAM System)

The launch event of the AINS (Advanced Integrated NILAM System) at SK Taman Seri Rampai marked a significant milestone in educational technology in Malaysia. AINS, developed by JAZRO, emerged as the triumphant solution from the MyHackathon 2022 Cohort 2, proof of the country's commitment to fostering innovation in education. The system is purpose-built to bolster the NILAM programme, an initiative aimed at cultivating reading culture across schools.

The launch ceremony was graced by the presence of the Minister of Education, YB Fadhlina Sidek. Congratulations to all parties involved in developing this system. May this system will give advantage & benefits to all school students & teachers in Malaysia.

During the sacred month of Ramadan, JAZRO organized 'Majlis Berbuka Puasa' across several locations including Cyberjaya, Chukai, Kerteh, and Kuala Terengganu. This event aimed to foster a spirit of unity, compassion, and generosity within the teams, particularly towards those less fortunate 🥰

At the heart of these gatherings were 90+ blessed orphans who were extended a warm invitation to partake in the breaking of the fast ceremony. In Cyberjaya, the JAZRO team personally visited Rumah Bakti Nur Ain, where they shared the evening with the orphans, creating a nurturing and joyous atmosphere 😍 Meanwhile, in Kuala Terengganu, Kerteh, and Chukai, the JAZRO teams organized similar events within their respective academy. These gatherings were not just about breaking the fast together but also about the individuals that came to share in the blessings of Ramadan ✨

A notable highlight of the Majlis Berbuka Puasa in Chukai was the presence of a distinguished Imam from Egypt. His presence added a profound spiritual dimension to the event, as attendees were treated to the recitation of the Quran in his melodious voice. This serenity and reverence deeply enriched the experience for all participants, leaving a lasting impression of gratitude and humility 🤩

May our deed bring happiness and benefits to the orphans and may we be blessed with good prayers and prosperity hereafter 💖

In celebration of PETRONAS' 50th anniversary (PETRONAS 50), a collaborative event was organized with JAZRO, the PETRONAS Young Professional Club (YPC) and PETROSAINS at Digital Maker Studio PETROSAINS, KLCC. The event aimed to engage and inspire young minds, particularly 8 Orang Asli students, by providing them with a unique educational experience 🤩

The program encompassed a series of enriching activities, including visits to PETROSAINS, KL City Tour and various other locations within the iconic KLCC Twin Towers. These excursions offered the students an opportunity to explore and learn about science, technology, and innovation in a dynamic environment 🦾

A key highlight of the event was the involvement of JAZRO, entrusted with leading a session on robotics in collaboration with the Petronas YPC. During this session, the students were introduced to the fundamentals of robotics and coding as they were exposed to the Mbot and Scratch coding programs, gaining hands-on experience in building and programming robots 🤖

The goal of the initiative was to ignite a passion for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) subjects, particularly among the Orang Asli students. By providing them with exposure to the technologies and interactive learning opportunities, we hoped to inspire curiosity and foster a deeper interest in coding and robotics. Ultimately, the event aimed to empower the participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to pursue future endeavours in STEM-related fields, thereby contributing to their personal growth and the advancement of society as a whole 🚀

"Kem Aulad Hebat" was an event organized by NAZIM Putrajaya, to infuse the school holidays with exciting activities. Among the highlights of this event was a special robotic session facilitated by JAZRO. With a total of 50+ eager participants in attendance, the session proved to be a resounding success.

The primary objective of the robotic session was to introduce participants to the world of robotics while providing them with valuable hands-on experience. Through engaging presentations and interactive demonstrations, participants were immersed in the world of robotics. The session commenced with an enlightening discourse on the fundamentals of robotics, covering topics such as the famous Islamic figures during the Islamic Golden Age and basic coding knowledge.

Following the theoretical segment, participants were allowed to put their knowledge into practice through hands-on activities. Guided by experienced instructors from JAZRO, participants eagerly interacted with robots, exploring their functionalities and experimenting with programming commands.

The atmosphere throughout the session was one of enthusiasm and curiosity, with participants actively engaging with the subject matter and eagerly embracing the challenges presented. We hope for more collaboration in the future to educate our younger Muslim generations about the importance of robotic and coding knowledge to face IR 4.0.

🚀 The same update is also available on our corporate website:

Take care & have a great day ahead. May Allah bless you & your family. Amin 🤲🤲🤲

Best regards,

Ir. Dzulfarqeish
