Alhamdulillah, many exciting programs and events have been organized by JAZRO throughout May 2026 ✨ 🥳

Now, let's look at our progress & update for May 2026 🚀🚀🚀

✅ A total of 3,352 new students have registered for our programs (the total accumulated students in our database has increased to 140,077 students) 👏🏻

✅ Continue to conduct Virtual Trial Robocode & Karnival Robotik Jazro, organized Robotic Outreach Program at SM Imtiaz Dungun and Bengkel Asas Robotik at Masjid Tepian Putra and Regent International School in Kuantan 🤩

✅ Organized our monthly PAJSK program for May with a theme 'Pertandingan Reka Cipta 3D: Piala Guru Inspirasi' in conjunction with Teachers' Day and received a total of 1.2k+ registered participants across the nationwide 😱

Below are the key highlights for May 2026:-

1️⃣ MALAYSIA AEROBOTECH CHAMPIONSHIP (MARTC)

Malaysia Aerobotech Championship (MARTC) National Level or Aero X, organised by Kolej Kediaman Tuanku Bahiyah, Universiti Malaya, in collaboration with Jazro and SK Salak, concluded successfully with an overwhelming response from students and educational institutions across Malaysia. The competition attracted 412 participants from 93 institutions, with a total of 124 teams registered to compete in exciting drone and RoboSoccer challenges. The event served as a platform to cultivate innovation, technical excellence, and teamwork while inspiring students to apply STEM knowledge in real-world aerospace and robotics applications.

As the Official Technical Partner, JAZRO played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the competition by developing the RoboSoccer modules, setting up the drone competition arena, and providing expert judging for both the Primary and Youth divisions 🤖 Leveraging our extensive experience in organising prestigious robotics competitions such as the JAZRO Cup, we ensured that every challenge met professional standards, delivering a fair, structured, and industry-level competition 🌟 Participants also gained valuable hands-on experience in autonomous drone coding, robotics, teamwork, and problem-solving, further enhancing their STEM competencies.

The success of Malaysia Aerobotech Championship (MARTC) was made possible through the collaboration of 8 sponsors and strategic partners 🤝, including the Malaysian Association of Research Scientists (MARS) as the Official Innovation Partner. Supported by 19 media partners, the competition generated an impressive 129,756 social media views, 😱 significantly expanding its reach and impact. The strong partnership between academia, industry, and STEM organisations created an inspiring ecosystem where students could showcase their creativity, technical skills, and passion for innovation ⚙️

Malaysia Aerobotech Championship (MARTC) reflects our continued commitment to empowering the next generation of innovators through impactful STEM education 🦾 By delivering high-quality robotics and drone programmes, fostering collaboration, and providing authentic competition experiences, we hope to continue to inspire young minds to pursue excellence in robotics, coding, engineering, and emerging technologies while contributing to Malaysia's growing STEM ecosystem. 🚀

2️⃣ NADI ROADSHOW

The NADI–Jazro collaboration represents a strategic nationwide outreach initiative aimed at expanding access to STEM education through Malaysia’s community internet centre infrastructure 🖥. The programme leverages the extensive network of Pusat Sebaran Maklumat Nasional (NADI) centres to deliver structured robotics and coding education, supported by our certified trainers and proprietary learning modules. This partnership strengthens Jazro’s position in the IR4.0 education ecosystem by embedding its programmes within a government-supported digital inclusion framework 🖼

Operationally, the initiative is executed through a roadshow-style delivery model across selected NADI centres nationwide. Jazro provides curriculum design, facilitator training, and hands-on robotics modules, while NADI supplies venue infrastructure and community access 🏢 The programme includes foundational coding, robotics exploration, and interactive problem-solving sessions tailored for primary and secondary school students 🤖 Delivery formats are flexible, incorporating both in-person facilitation and hybrid digital learning depending on local centre capabilities.

From an impact perspective, the collaboration enables scalable reach across urban, semi-urban, and rural communities, significantly broadening Jazro’s student engagement base 🥰 By utilising NADI’s nationwide footprint, the programme reduces geographic barriers to STEM participation and supports early exposure to digital skills aligned with Industry 4.0 competencies. This model also enhances brand visibility for Jazro while reinforcing its role as a key education partner in national digital literacy initiatives 🌎

Overall, the NADI–Jazro roadshow strengthens our long-term growth strategy by combining scalable infrastructure access with structured STEM delivery. The initiative supports sustainable pipeline development for robotics education adoption, while positioning Jazro as a key enabler in Malaysia’s national digital transformation agenda through partnership with NADI 🦾

3️⃣ BENGKEL ASAS ROBOTIK MASJID TEPIAN PUTRA & REGENT INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL @ KUANTAN

Bengkel Asas Robotik organised by Jazro at Masjid Tepian Putra and Regent International School, Kuantan in May successfully introduced 60+ students to the exciting world of robotics, coding, and STEM education 🤩 Designed to provide an engaging and interactive learning experience, the workshop combined theoretical knowledge with practical activities, enabling participants to build a strong foundation in robotics while developing creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork.

The workshop was divided into two comprehensive sessions. 📚 During the first session, participants learned the fundamentals of coding and robotics, including the essential components of a robot, the functions of sensors such as line-following sensors, and the basic principles of robotic programming. The session also featured Jazro's Jazari Module 🕌, an Islamic educational component that highlighted the remarkable contributions of renowned Muslim scholars during the Golden Age of Islamic Civilization ✨. Students were introduced to pioneers such as Al-Jazari, the Father of Robotics 🤖, Ibn Sina (Avicenna), the Father of Medicine 🩺, and other distinguished scholars whose groundbreaking innovations continue to shape modern science and technology.

Following the theoretical session, participants enjoyed an exciting hands-on learning experience 🚀 by programming and operating educational robots. Students applied the concepts they had learned through interactive challenges such as Robosoccer ⚽🤖 and the Push the Block challenge 📦, encouraging problem-solving, logical thinking, collaboration, and confidence while experiencing the practical application of coding in a fun and competitive environment.

Overall, the successful implementation of the workshop at both venues reflects our continued commitment to making STEM education accessible, engaging, and meaningful for students across Malaysia. By integrating robotics, coding, and values-based learning through the Jazari Module, the programme not only equips students with future-ready digital skills 💡 but also inspires them through the rich scientific legacy of the Islamic Golden Age, nurturing the next generation of innovators and technology leaders🌟

4️⃣ LAUNCHING OF JAZRO CUP 2026

The launch of Jazro Cup 2026 marked the official commencement of Jazro's flagship national robotics and coding competition, now entering its second edition 🏆 Building on the success of last year's event, Jazro Cup 2026 returns on a much larger scale with 10 exciting competition categories, an increase from 6 categories in 2025. The expanded competition reflects our continuous commitment to nurturing young innovators and promoting STEM education by providing students with a platform to showcase their creativity, technical skills, and teamwork. 🤖✨

This year's competition features 4 coding categories 💻, comprising 2 online and 2 physical challenges: TinyTechies Innovation, Educational Game Challenge, ByteDroid, and BlazeBot. Participants can also compete in 6 non-coding categories ⚙️, including the ever-popular Game of Drone Mission, the fan-favourite RoboBlitz (Robosoccer) ⚽️🤖, and Robot Combat using the DJI RoboMaster platform, alongside other exciting robotics challenges. These diverse categories cater to participants of different ages and skill levels, encouraging broader participation while fostering innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

During the launch ceremony, Teacher Hajar, the Program Manager, and Teacher Balqis, the Technical Manager, presented a briefing on the competition, introducing each category together with the rules and regulations, competition format, and equipment rental fees 📋 The session provided valuable guidance to participants, teachers, and parents, ensuring they are well prepared for the upcoming zonal competitions. Jazro Cup 2026 will embark on a nationwide tour covering the East Coast, Central, Northern, Southern, Sabah, and Sarawak regions 🌏 before bringing together the champions from every zone to compete in the National Level Finale at Universiti Islam Selangor this August 🏆
